This approach emphasizes holding space for and processing the very real pain we all experience in life. The Murray Method also provides practical yet profound tools for engaging in a healthier lifestyle. In addition to this, I specialize in Temperament Counseling using the Arno Profile System. This system provides insight into the natural strengths and weaknesses associated with your temperament type. I approach counseling holistically, finding balance for mind, soul, body, and spirit. It is my passion and mission to provide a safe, judgement-free space for people to feel seen, understood, and accepted right where they are.
